Ordinary Council Meetings

Council will meet on the fourth Wednesday of the month, with the exception of January when there is no Council meeting.  A meeting scheduled for the fourth Wednesday maybe adjusted when there are significant conflicting factors, Council will then meet on an alternatice adopted and advertised day. 

Meetings commence at 5.00pm, 37 Lundy Avenue, Cunderdin.

If you would like any items that need Councils attention to be included in the Agenda, they will need be received by the Shires Administration Officer the office by the second Wednesday of the month.

Public Question Time 

At the start of each Council meeting a period of time is allocated towards Public Question Time. Members of the Public who intend to ask Council a question are asked to submit the question in writing by email or post prior to 5.00pm on the day of the Council Meeting in question. Council will publish any responses to questions in the minutes of the Council Meeting.

If your question requires research, you will be notified during the meeting and the CEO will ensure that an answer is provided as soon as practical
